The worst $6 spent on steam. The game is super limited and boring. This game is like 0.0000000000000001% of The Sims 1.. I watched this game develop from start to finish and I have to say, i'm impressed. I really respect the amount of work that went into coding it and how quickly bugs were\/are solved. After purchasing, I honestly only planned on playing for a little while, but 3 hours later I was hooked on "making that money" ;P I really like that its not just another FPS game, and there is actually some strategy involved. All in all, for the price, I think it's well worth it.. Make That Money is a game about time, money, and energy management. The object is to become a millionaire through hard work, critical thinking, and of course, evaluating risks. The controls are simple, allowing you to focus on the task at hand without the added struggle of learning a bunch of complex menus or control schemes. The game has an intuitive day and night cycle, and the top down controls \/ view playing with the bg music and effects remind me of the original GTA days (Pre-GTA IV), granting a lovely salute to the good ol retro days. In my initial run, playing on Windows 10 I had the bug where the task bar would not leave view, covering the menu options at the bottom of the screen. If this happens to you, the fix is simple: Exit the game (should work on any game that does this), right click on your task bar then select Task Manager, then find Windows Explorer and right click on it, selecting the Reset option. After this, close the windows and restart the game, For me, it was still there until I clicked on the game screen (anywhere will do) and then the task bar went out of view.Outside of this minor issue, I didn't encounter any game breaking bugs. I know there are said to be some bugs with some users, but the dev is actively updating (just updated yesterday in fact) to fix bug reports and add new features. Unlike many who put games out, this dev seems to be down to earth and up to suggestions, caring about what the user's likes and dislikes are and actively working to integrate those ideas into the game to make it better. It's a new release, and like all new releases, there are some basic balance issues to deal with and new features to add. It's already a good game. With a few good updates, I can see it easily being a great addition to the strategy \/ simulation genre of games here on Steam. I like it, and look forward to the tweaks and additions to come. For $2.99, it's a great game to have some cheap fun and kill a little time with.. Clever and imaginative use of the GameGuru engine and nice code\/scripting have made this an easy to pick up and play game miles apart from the usual GameGuru shooter\/horror genre, and it works very well as a casual simulation game. Great FPS rates probably due to the simple but effective graphics used in the top-down 3D view. The game map has a fresh clean look to it and the inteface is very clear. It can be challenging at first, but not confusing, and there are some nice touches like the day\/night cycle which is an important part of the game mechanics too.The developers store video gives you an honest presentation and a very good idea of the graphics and style of gameplay. I found it relaxing to play, but rewarding at the same time, and challenging enough to keep playing. Sooner or later I ill have to venture outside my comfort zone, because I'm never going to make the Million I need to get ahead, let alone beat the game by working at it's simulated box packing factory on minimum wage ;). great cheap game worth the price especially in the sale
